Stage 3 Grievance

I have put in a stage one and stage two grievance about a problem at work, can someone please tell me if there is a stage three grievance and if yes where do I get one and who does it go to? Getting no where at present.

wouldnt bother with them,two people have had them against managers,its only another manager who follows them up,no results only we dont believe this tried and trusted manager would do this,with 14 postman as witnesses.

Bad advice IMHO especially if you want to go to an ET as you have to exhaust all internal procedures before you can take it that far.
