What is the official stance on lapsing

Post by saru »

A friend has asked me to find out.

When I left, summer lapsing was in the pipeline. Having read through the posts it seems that lapsing is all year round & duty times are now over 3 1/2 hours as standard. Does anyone know of any downloads or could post the RM/CWU agreement that I could pass onto her so she has the correct info to challenge her DOM?

Any help much appreciated.

P&M 2007

"To jointly identify/implement genuine opportunities to absorb outdoor and/or
indoor workload where time exists within approved attendance times/normal
paid work hours."

In the summer it may be "lapsing" all year round it's called absorbtion. :d'oh!
good times, bad times you know I've had my share
