Allowances
Hi, Hope someone can help. I am on a 25hour contract (5hrs per day) half my shift is driving a small van and the other half a 600. Can you tell me what allowance I should be entitled to? Many Thanks.

Sorry i've just realised what you postedhalf my shift is driving a small van and the other half a 600
If you drive a 600 at any part of your shift then that being the higher allowance then you should get THAT allowance.

you should be in reciept of the pro driver money.
you dont get any driving allowance, although your basic should be around the £250 mark for 25 hours @ £10+ an hour
it matters not a jot how long each day you spend at the wheel of a 600, just that you are at the wheel.
you should be classed as a pro driver.
allowances in your case are limited to shift premium, DEFN area payment (if any)
