I would just like to say thank you to all of those who answered questions and posted comments concerning the research I am doing into the industrial conflict with Royal Mail. I will not be posting questions for the moment as I would like to look at what has been said in order to identify further avenues of enquiry. There have been some great responses, some of which have been so detailed, and I thank you all for the time you have taken to do this. What has been said will form the basis of my study into what has and is happening.
If anyone would like to make any further comment concerning any of the issues covered, or indeed anything that anyone thinks is important that hasn't been covered, at any stage of the proceedingd then please post them. I will check from time to time to see if anything has been added.
As part of the next stage in my research I would really like to talk to postal workers in-depth concerning some of the issues that have been raised. If anyone would like to participate in this please leave me a PM and I can arrange to pass on my contact details. If anyone wanted to take part then their anonymity would, at all times, be protected and they would have the right to withdraw themselves or/and their contribution at any time should they so wish.
