termination by mutual agreement and colleague shares
does anyone know if i would be entitled to claim back money for my colleague shares if i accept termination by mutual agreement.( T.M.A.) also am i able to claim on top of the sum offered from T.M.A.for outstanding holidays not yet taken this year.any advice would be helpful

T.M.A. how does this work, does the employee or the employer ask for this, any info would help.

you will get a paymernt for the colleague shares if you have them...about a grand..and yes, they can pay out on untaken holidays...
