Attendance after christmas (boxing day) nights

Post by lolcole »

They are trying it on again. Management at my office are saying that the night shift that normally work Monday - Saturday 5 days are to come in on Monday 28th December 2009 at midnight as this is after the late Boxing Day as it falls on a Saturday this year. Therefore we are attending 1 more shift than the rest of the office i.e.lates and early's. Anyone getting the same?

With you my friend I quit agree, but as normal some managers at mail centres still think that they can get brownie points by trying to get one over on staff. It's a pain in the rear that they even try when national guidelines are in place as to the attendance times.
