Hello all.
I was just wondering if you or anyone you have heard of has been punished for striking.
You know the sort of thing, not being given overtime, being pulled up for things that other people get away with, special treatment of any kind really.
I am reading that a lot more agency staff are being used and no overtime is being given away to posties. Does this include posties who went in on strike days aswell?
I am curious
Thanks.

Yeah, refused overtime. Then a few days later on my day off they rang me at home to come in and cover sickness. I bet you can guess what the reply was.

same in our office. refused overtime to complete our duty. RM needed us though before we needed them as our office runs on overtime. CWU members have a number of grievences in against the DOM for discrimination.
