Remind them that although their depot may be one of the lucky ones at the moment, that could well change when RM start shafting everyone again and the RM is priviatised!

Re: How to sell new strikes?
Nothing has changed. We only agreed to suspend the industrial action in return for meaningful negotiations. If the PEC decide that those actions are not true to the spirit and the letter of the interim agreement then industrial action should be resumed.
We took industrial action to ensure our union were fully involved in any future changes.(And there will be changes)
You answer the question in your post. They attempted to impose further lapsing and only by doing the job properly could you avoid that. You stood solid as a unit,we need to stand solid as a union .
An affront to one is an affront to all.If they can impose change in one area it will not be long before they come for your area.
We too have an OK manager but it is not about personalities. What if tomorrow he is gone? What if the new manager is not helpful? Unless we stand up now it will be too late.
Shooting the first would-be strike breaker is a good way of discouraging others.
