just got in to find along with the courier propoganda mag is a seperate letter slagging off the union, allegedly a quarter of all postman are continuing to work, so that means 25% of us are strike breakers lmao, "we would all like a strong union, one that represents your interests in talks, not which destroys them with strikes", if their into saving money so bad, stop these propoganda lies letters and the courier bullshit! ill have a look at the lies in the courier while wiping my arse.

Its a pity Crozier and his brainwashed brigade didnt want to talk to the union months ago, instead of treating the union and its members with contempt, forcing through a goverment agenda to drive union representation out of RM so they could privatise RM and just do what they want with us, so they drove through a bullying and harassment campaign against postmen and postwomen, instigated by Crozier and Mandleson, all managers act and say the same thing now, its either be a complete b*****d towards staff or get bullied by a more senior manager, thats why Crozier introduced the big bonus scheme for managers as a reward for forcing through change, the thing is, once they have finnished with us, its your turn, Crozier made a complete mess of the FA, now hes doing it to RM, and in a few years he can walk away with a fat bonus and a paid up lucrative pension. :cfo :mfo

actually its a totally different letter to that on their, this is a "your future your choice letter", the best bit is, "if you strike you'll be in a business facing uncontrolled decline", or let us do what we want and we will let it rot, sell the business off as well as any of your employment rights, and get a major bonus for it!

It amazes me that a company that is supposed to be in uncontrollable decline because the union has chased all its customers away, can afford to dribble away more money on this load of garbage. The fact is that despite all their posturing about 25% of the workforce not supporting strike action, they know that this is the most solid strike we have had, and they are bricking it, because they know they are not winning the arguments with the public, other trade unions, and the fact that there is starting to get widespread strike actions in other company and public services. The voice of the working man is beginning to be heard.
