The RM say they employ 15000 casuals for christmas every year they say. Fair enough. But the other 15000 I think is them trying to cover up the fact that were understaffed with all the staff cuts. :no no RM realise that coming Christmas were gonna be in a lot more s**t than they are already in, not through the strikes, just through there bad modernisation plans.  All this round absorbing is a waste of time when your round was already to capacity. RM should admit they were wrong  and start employing real staff.

Isn't cheap to go to High Court especially if you lose. Union won't do that unless they're absolutely sure they can win.
Don't believe everything you're told in the rest room

Surely for Royal Mail to have got these scab mailsort warehouses up and running with all the necessary machinery in place to run them, they must have been preparing for strike action for a long time now. Again this just helps to show that they are to be used mainly for the purpose of undermining the strikes.
How long would it take to set this type of operation up and in such locations?

Royal Mail must think that we are all stupid.

Ward said the other day that the evidence needs to be gathered. The casuals need to be proved to be doing our job when we are on strike and not just assisting.
