DO sorting.

Post by Pickle »

Today i got pullled of my walk to be kept in the office sorting mail. Im the floater for 5 duties and the floating duty is my duty which ive singed for. I never wanted to do this but was told i had no choice as its what the business requires bullshit. Does my manager have the right to pull me from my walk?????

You are deemed (damned?) to be 'flexible' and subject to 'operational needs/operational requirements' to ensure that the DO does not fail in its obligation to the USO ... :cuppa

translation of above ...

you are available for regular and routine shafting as DOM sees fit in order that their end-of-year Bonus is not scuppered ...
