Post by manwithnovan »

Just for the record i am a union member, but i would like to ask what would happen if a non member refuses to cross the picket line? also i know that one chap is going into work on Friday to cover for the 2 managers who are going to a MC to sort mail  , How do we deal with a chap like this? :mad (Answers that does not involve me getting arrested would be appreciated)

Any non-union member who refuses to cross a picket line, are well within their rights to do so. Management
cannot persecute them.

As for the bloke who said he'll scab on Friday by coming into work to cover two managers who'll be away
scabbing in a mailcentre ,
Follow your conscience.
