heard on newsnight last night manpower worker openly admit that he was sorting mail that was backlogged from previous strike. surely this is against strike laws and union should be taking it further as royal mail pretending that manpower workers only helping with christmas pressure.
with an open submission on tv they have plenty of evidence.
nothing against the worker as he openly admitted he needed work to put a meal on the table for his family after being paid of as a banker

I think that management claim that Agency/casuals are not being used to do the work of strikers
on the day they are striking, ie they are not sorting work that has arrived that day, or delivering
that day's deliveries, but are dealing with backlogs, which they say is not using them to do the work
of people on strike that day.
The CWU would have to get legal advice and take it to court to get a legal ruling.
