Bullying and harassment.
If I make a complaint against a colleague for B+H,can I still request/insist he is removed from the office while the investigation is ongoing?Can I make a complaint against someone who has harassed a colleague or do I have to be the victim to make the complaint?
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

The Bully should have already been suspended on full pay, or sent to another Office. If they're allowed to stay in the same one as you. They have the opportunity to put pressure on you to back down. Not neccessarily, by doing/saying anything directly to you. But "The Grapevine" can sometimes be used against people.
