Hello could someone please help me, recently I remember reading that managers cannot try and bring in more savings until the last changes had been finalized.
We had Pegasus brought in last year and are still having problems with it (disagreement is in place) the manager is supposed to be sorting this problem but now he is talking about combining a town walk and a van duty together without negoiations.
Can he do this?
The van duty is a duty that was changed already this year when the manager brought in his buisness plans for the year, which resulted in a member of staff being displaced.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
