Returning to work after AOD a while back, but awaiting Atos re-hab programme, after 4 requests to my office. Nothing so far...
I might have to extend sickness 'til it's sorted out, as I'm still not 100% but probably ok for Light Duties.
QUESTION: My Union Rep is on A/L, so can I utilise his assistant, as I expect to be called into the office, once or twice!
Also, what if I'm called in when asst. is off/out delivering? Can I refuse to be interviewed/talked at?
AOD due to H+S negligence, so although Bonfire Night is a while away, I can expect FIREWORKS !!!
D.S.S. Form B195 "Accident/Injury at Work" form being delivered this week...
Any/all advice, information or suggestions welcomed.Ta!

Yes you can refuse to be interviewed without representation.Your Dom or line manager will have to arrange an alternative time so that everyone is present.
Do NOT go in to any interview on your own.
