prep rate in mail centres is there a national areemant on this ,if so can any one get me a copy or some sort of documant that gives guide lines.
because are line manager keeps on about prep rates info would be great.

The only sorting rate which should be used in Mail Centres is the Individual Performance Standards which is two one minute tests over a four week period. This can be on either letters, flats or packets. The agreement can probably be found somewhere on this.
