prep rate in mail centres

prep rate in mail centres is there a national areemant on this ,if so can any one get me a copy or some sort of documant that gives guide lines.
because are line manager keeps on about prep rates info would be great.

The only sorting rate which should be used in Mail Centres is the Individual Performance Standards which is two one minute tests over a four week period. This can be on either letters, flats or packets. The agreement can probably be found somewhere on this.

watch for NCI's ( Non culpable inefficiency ) , to be fair to RM there are some old soldiers and idiots that do need a kick up the arse and some of it's due to " command and ignore that RM execs and senior managers have criticized their subordinates for BUT ! the wrong ones might get picked on / RM will botch things
