Attached for your information is an advanced draft of the Postal
Constituency Annual Report. The report is currently being prepared for
publication and inclusion on the Union's web-site; however it was felt
that it would be useful for branches if we provided them with a copy of
the report as soon as possible bearing in the mind the closing date for
motions for this year's Annual Conference.
