Managers out to get us after Union letter !!!

Until today the managers in our office have been very easy going on RM procedures on security, H&S etc.
The union rep has written to them and cluster manager about local issues that needs resolving urgently, that has rubbed them up the wrong way.......they have turned on the staff and union, they are now spying on staff.
Certainly that is not a professional way to deal with a Union letter, he has a duty of care for the staff ?
Why do we pay union fees, if he's not allowed to challenge their management skills ? They have also been very frosty with Union Rep (why does he bother)

Just do the job properly, follow all their rules and procedures and they will find it very difficult to do anything to you.

typical management, but as everyone states, DO THE JOB PROPERLY every office should do the same, bullying and harassment should not be tolerated,it's a disgrace how some manager's treatthere staff, :lfo

Ours threatened to bring in a manager for every member of staff to watch over them all day It was pointed out that if there are that many managers spare then it would save a lot of money to just get rid of them.
