The EDM that is to be tabled by John Grogan supposedly today as mentioned in the briefing pack has not been tabled.
Hopefully it will be tabled Tuesday, if it is it wont show up on the EDM website untill middle/late evening. So unless any news media mentions it we have to wait the daily evening update on the EDM website to find out if the EDM is in place.
