How long do you want to be pushed around by supervisors, sorry line managers. these people are just people, no better than you knore any less than you. These are all employees of the same company that employe YOU.
Know your rights and embrase the rules and regulations Royal Mail has to offer.
Use the rules to your advantage, because believe you me line managers, delivery office managers and delivery sector managers are all just going with the flow and have no idea about employment law... because they are to busy trying to impose the USO.
Do Your Job Properly....Don't argue...and enjoy your employment at Royal Mail.
KNOW YOUR RIGHTS and exploit them to your advantage........

I'm too old and tired to believe what my DOM tells me anymore, all I'm doing now is working my hours and letting RM deal with anything over that.

More and more people in my office are starting to do the same but some are still coming in early and running around to get finished early. :mad
