every time a full timer leaves the biz in our area they are being replaced with a twenty hour contract and then we are moaned at for an over spend

there's orders it will and it must be 60/40 - problem is that RM is not TNT Holland but only RM know best - it's "funny " that quite a few rats are jumping off the sinking ship :lfo
