During the telephone consultation with Ms xxxxxx, An Atos Occupational Health Adviser on 23rd September 2008;
I was told that my pay could be cut in line with the hours I work, Your Manager will decide.
Nowhere in the Atos “important information sheet” is it stated that my finances will be discussed, It is not within the mandate of an Occupational Health Advisor to discuss my finances.
This is a severe breach of patient confidentiality and an extreme form of intimidation.
It is clear Atos have colluded with Royal Mail management.
As a result of this i am suffering severe depression and will be consulting my Doctor.
Furthermore I shall be seeking legal advise as this matter requires the fullest investigation.
