Today i did summer lapsing i got back from my own delivery at the time i should have finished on time. I then did 20 minutes of another round but when i got back to the office my manager would not pay me 20 minutes over time for this is he right to do thAt.?

No he is wrong to do that go see your union rep and tell him what this manager has done!. FOR WE ARE NOT SLAVE'S TOO WORK FOR NOTHING!.

Both parties are committed to introducing new ways of working throughout the business by April 2008. In order to achieve this there will be a trial in four offices per AGM area covering the following:

* New arrangements to cover for one another and develop sensible options to absorb absences, and increased workload, where time exists within normal hours
