I'm sorry to bring this up again, I know there are threads about them but I can't find them at the moment.
We've been told that we are not allowed to prep D2D in work time, it has to be our own time. If we do prep them in work time and we go over we are not allowed to claim overtime for the time spent prepping the D2D's.
I quieried this with my union rep and he agrees that the manager is right, but I'm sure that I've read on this site that we should be able to prep them in works time and claim for extended delivery if we go over. Have I got that right and if the rep thinks the manager is right what can we do? Is there some regulation I quote to him?
Can anyone help? Again, sorry to bring it up, it seems quite trival.

the bit about prepping in your work time is in the D2D agreement but never seen any mention about claiming extended.
These are the 2 extracts from the D2D agreement.
