Seasonal hours

Post by shaun1965 »

Do part timers who come in to prep/sort in the morning start 10 mins early or 24mins as on that day they are doing full time hours..? I thought it was your contracted hours that mattered but getting conflicting messages from managers and posties.
Thanks in advance..👍

It's in the agreement. If you're part time the amount of time you're required to give is 10 minutes. If you're covering a full time duty you get paid for anything over 10 minutes as you won't be given the time back when the seasonal times are adjusted next year. You will only receive 10 minutes.
