Hi
Today our Dom pays a visit to our rural office and tells us that we have to collect mail from the MC. No negotiating just sort out a rota and it starts on Monday.
No extra time added to our duties and no change in start finish hours.
Where do we stand on this?
We left messages with union rep. No response so far.
Any help would be appreciated.

Be flexible, say NO!
The time has come to stop turning the other cheek, time to stop shaking our heads in bitter dismay, time to stop mumbling our angry words.
The time has come for union.
