See if ur joining parcelforce, whats the relationship between royal mail and parcelforce, if u become a parcelforce driver from royal mail is that a transfer where u would keep ur pay terms and conditions or is that just between royal mail to royal mail internal transfers, anybody went from royal mail to parcelforce driving before any better than being a postman?

I can't answer your question but I'd think very carefully about working for Parcelforce as they seem to be on a downward spiral. We seem to be doing more and more of their work and I hear nothing but complaints from business customers about them. Even Post Offices complain about them not turning up for collections for days on end.
