A rep in our branch has just had a successful outcome to a B&H complaint made against a manager & a team leader.
Everything was thrown in his way & he did not get much support from branch/area level & absolutely nothing from division & above. Few of his members at his unit stood by him but he would not give up fighting for justice!
He was hounded off RMC as he was recognised and threatened by his manager.
Never give up fighting for what is right. Keep all paperwork to leave a 'paper trail'. Write to the Good Lord himself if that is necessary!
Anyone who is in a similar position who can benefit by his experiences then please get in touch with me.

. One thing RM want is a passive Union which is the exact opposite of what we workers need.
