On a local and national level we need to hit
98% USO
93% -95% T24/T48
Each week for 6 weeks up to the big day

It's split in to 12 X £25 'payments'.
6 (one for each week) for hitting the targets nationally
And 6 (one for each week) for hitting the targets at individual unit level.

It not an all or nothing situation.
Each week counts separately. So even if your office by some miracle hit the targets on just one of the 6 weeks, and no other target hit by your office or or a national level you would still get £25 (minus tax,NI, student loan, Etc. Etc.)

98% uso compliance for your office for the first £250, 98% uso compliance nationwide for the other £250. Unachievable.

by what we have been told, its improve quality of service/efficiency in the office....i.e. don't leave ANY of the duty in. most of ours have 2 or 3 loops left in most days. they are trying to get it all out over xmas so people are receiving all their mail/parcels over the festive period. its being based on targets, so it will be another pile of shite excuse to say you didn't achieve the target so you are getting f**k all on payment due day. after you have busted your bollox and went over every day from now till xmas eve. bit like the phantom shares which went down to zero value on their payment due date.....f**k em.

That's what I thought, shows what little they think of us, offer the desperate peasants a paltry £500 for grafting their tits off for six weeks

This is just a tool for managers to say well you manage to complete for 6 weeks at Xmas when there was a bonus on offer, why can’t you complete every day….

They will also use the data to further punish offices (thru cuts) that has the foolish runners/short cut takers who will chase a couple of extra quid.

Jokes on them, they won't get to say that because it simply won't be achieved.

Not down to us 'not trying' or anything of the like. But simply because their piss poor decisions and hate campaign against us is what has caused the situation we are in; the situation of not even coming close to the USO requirements outside of peak.

"No compulsory redundancies" instead they just made the environment so intolerable that more than they wanted just walked - my office is now short 20% of required staffing level, even after slashing 1 in 6 duties

They have done eff all over the last 8months+ to replace those who have left. Those that have come in are so shocked and horrified at what they see, learn, are genuinely unreasonably expected to achieve...and then learning that they are on poorer contracts than their colleagues. that they are walking out the door.

These bonus target dates start in just a couple of weeks. Even if enough bodies came in to guarantee a pair of feet on every walk, every day. There is no way they could all ever be trained up, and then get the practice in to get up to speed, really grasp the flow of things, and develop the muscle memory, to be competently clearing even half of one of these monster walks in the period of time outside of peak, never mind when it's already hitting hard.

I won’t be entertaining it , come in on time take a break do your best , go home on time . If that’s worthy of a bonus so be it . If anything this will cause us to turn on each other, just ignore it and work as normal.

In our office we will have to clear 3 big walks which take my partner and myself 2 hours minimum for each walk. That’s a total of 6 hours out on delivery. Count in the 3 and a half hours inside and 40 minutes meal relief that’s a total of 10 hours plus everyday without travelling time. :cuppa Keep your money . My health is more important.

It is a pr stunt.
There's no way to achieve this. At ours we are not even able to clear a single duty.
