Can anyone tell me the company policy on face to face meetings for long term sick?
Is it mandatory?
If yes, how many and how often?
Can pay be stopped if no show due to always being too ill to attend?
Thanks

Invite them to yours. You don't have to let them in.

My experience is “its better to play ball”
They will threaten and will withdraw pay over wise.
I had weekly telephone conversations but everybody’s circumstances are different.
I also refused one attendance meeting face2face at the workplace but did state I was prepared to meet elsewhere but they never replied back.
Try and get Occupational Health involved.
