signing new contracts.
Hi all, I have just been given a new contract, the old contact was 35Hours at a OPG grade - my new contact is for 37Hours at a DG2 grade, what is this grade. We got told we are just having our new contact hours made up from 35 - 37. is this a different pay grade or a job title?

Just a guess
If OPG = Operational Postal Grade
Then maybe DG = Delivery Grade?
Almost certainly everything else stays the same, just a new acronym to add to the RM dictionary. RM does like an acronym
