Afternoon all.
Cam someone shed some light on what the most recent version of the Way Forward Agreement is?
I've got the one from 2000 which details all shift allowances, Dawn shift, Early shift etc
I've got a dispute ongoing regarding shift allowances. COM says that early shift was absorbed into the Delivery Supplement in 2017.
So is there an updated Way Forward Agreement?
Thanks all

Re: Way forward agreement
Is this shift allowances in DOs or MCs? DOs and MCs each have their own unique supplement in addition to shift allowances

Re: Way forward agreement
The early shift allowance went towards funding the delivery supplement, along with individual D2D payments - but much earlier than 2017, unless I am very much mistaken. BT2010 surely?
There is no updated Way Forward Agreement, just the next agreements = Business Transformation, Pay and Mod, Agenda for Growth etc etc.

The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

I have to admit, I find it very difficult to get these sort of documents from anywhere other than here. Cwu and RM don't seem to have any sort of central and regularly updated central source for agreements on their own pages. Makes things difficult

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Yes, I think there was 2 early shift allowances and one of them was used to fund the delivery supplement.POSTMAN wrote: ↑21 Mar 2023, 20:072007 it went, there is 'possibly an allowance for 4am starts or there about, but don't quote me on that.Tallpaulself wrote: ↑20 Mar 2023, 13:51Thank you!clashcityrocker wrote: ↑20 Mar 2023, 13:47The early shift allowance went towards funding the delivery supplement, along with individual D2D payments - but much earlier than 2017, unless I am very much mistaken.
