Hiya all
Has anybody got an agreement on paternity where your Wallington week falls in it. My wife gave birth on the 24th October and my wally week fell on the 31st. I know you can't split up paternity, but I do know you shouldn't lose yours hours for what you have already served the previous weeks.
If anybody has got any advice or policies on this please forward them me
