If you are on stage 2 - how long until it is cleared - back to zero and no stage warning?
Also if you go sick during that period - does it affect it? or do you have to have no sickness in a certain period of time before it resets so to speak.

Applying the attendance standards
Employees on 2nd review who do better than the standard required with no more than 1 absence of 4 days or less will come off the formal procedure.
Employees on 2nd review who otherwise meet the standard revert to 1st review.
Employees who do not meet the standard on 2nd review may be considered for dismissal.
If they are not dismissed, they may be issued with a new Review 2.

So if you’re within the requirements after the 6 month period after the initial stage issue you get taken off the stages entirely (1 absences & 4 days or less)?

What if for example you had 1 absence & 4 days during the 6 months, that would qualify as being removed off the stages altogether?

So the standard is like 2 absences or 10 days I think. If you do less than that then you move to stage 1. If you do even better and do what I said above, you come off completely and it resets.
