Just a quick shout out to our union to get the best redundancy terms for our members Simon says they cant afford the usual terms but a few months ago the managers terms stayed the same they all had a good deal

Think the terms we have for redundancy runs out end of March. might be wrong but sure last pay deal that was one of the things negotiated to be extended .

Well then your selling yourself short , why walk away on the cheap , they should pay what’s been agreed with the union or stick it.
