Re: Communication
Well without following the links I'm sure its marvellous, but the CWU should be communicating directly with the members? If RM are going to shaft us anyway I may as well keep my subs to myself, buck up CWU, shine or there wont be a union

Pie, what is wrong with you.
If you don't know how the site works by now-or how the CWU work by now-then you never will.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Re: Communication
Completely agree.
I don't have social media or a spare 2 hours to watch a YouTube video.
The CWU should be contacting its members directly with it's activities and intentions. They have my email and my address and I pay my fee. They work for me and represent me, they should at the very least send me an update if they expect my support. Otherwise, how do I know if I support their stand point?
But they've got my money, so what does it matter?

Unfortunately, you have to be social media savvy, have an active rep, and a large gigabyte inbox to filter out the crap.
