further to this post my manager is refusing to pay my driving allowance because she is paying it on an ad hoc basis despite me asking umpteen times that it should have been consolidated into my wages on a permanent basis last year,oh why do they have to make everything so awkward.Anyway further to this my unit rep is telling me that i have to go down the grievance route which seems a long winded way to get something i should get automatically while off sick
