I’m putting my members to a vote on a full office re sign, if it is a yes vote, can members withdraw their duty if it hasn’t changed by 30%?
Many thanks

Re: Re sign
As far as I am aware, a full resign is if 33% of office duties have changed. They normally do this after a revision or realignment.
Employees' duty that remains unaffected by the revision can keep that duty, or sign for a new duty providing they have completed 12 months' service on that existing duty
