How many are to get the Pay and Modernisation £400 next week?

We are not getting any money next week as we have not agreed anything :whistle but if you are from an office that has an agreement then you should get it even if you have been of sick as you are part of that unit.

Don't know any office in my area that is even close to agreeing. RM mangement are mad. 400 sovs and we shaft ourselves.!! I can't believe you offices that have agreed these agreements and then bent over politely. Thanks for your support in the strike!. Yeah, you might have been out with the rest of us but capitulated as soon as the Exec caved in.

What did we strike for??? Everything Leighton and Crozier wanted is there. What did we actually achieve. Every single thing we went on strike for is now in place (including pension reforms).

How can you even begin to negotiate with management when it makes the job unworkable? Sod the 400 quid!!

It's always the same d**k-heads who have their happy smiling photo in "The Courier" that write letters to the same magazine complaining that they don't get enough D2D's!

The phase 2 agreement was voted through in my DO by PT's and long term posties who are going to retire next year and those who think that it won't affect them :mad

IS your whole office made up of P/T and old timers then? In my office there are about 10% P/T and 5% approaching retirement, the rest are F/T (85%) and our office accepted the changes. There is no difference whether you are f***** over by a F/T, P/T or selfish git. The yes vote did us, it no use putting blame on any set of employees as it was the majority handed RM power to stuff us all.
