How much notice do I have to give Royal Mail to leave for another job I’ve worked there for 19 years 8 months, the workload is horrendous, completely exhausted every night have had enough

I've heard of people phoning in to give notice and not coming in again...maybe they have extra holidays that make up their notice period? Not sure but they made a phone call and that was that.
