Conduct Code penalties

Post by Moocher2 »

Hi folks, what do the Conduct Code penalties such as a warning, serious warning etc mean if they are given to a member after a case? The Code doesn't give any idea of how they are applied, just what they will be and the time span involved. Thanks

They go on your record and are kept on the PSP system and HR.
Obviously if you've been given a serious warning then it is in your interest to try and keep out of any other conduct charges if you can help it for the time specified on the serious warning i.e 12 months, 2 years serious, suspended dismissal etc etc.
In effect they are only `applied` if you do something wrong again . :nervous
