Does the CWU have any say in anything apart from saying ok. The rep in our office works hard to get things sorted but it seems his bosses work for RM.
Think i might put a claim in for the last years payments ( yes i hav left). You would pay anybody else for a non service.

Re: Cwu are you still with us
The Cwu have abandoned us sadly. Our office rep tried his best to stop our revision but it was all signed off over his head by the area rep. Now our office is ruined and 50% of walks fail Mail and parcels every single day. Terry Pullinger is quiet content to collect his 10k a month then retire soon on a fat pension we could only dream of.wazer wrote: ↑07 Nov 2021, 13:22Does the CWU have any say in anything apart from saying ok. Re: Cwu are you still with us
they currently have their heads stuck in the sand, personally my life has been made easier (for now) but i know full well the majority are struggling with little or no help from the cwu,
TP is supposedly doing another live youtube on monday, i just wish he and his crew would do a daily roadshow unannounced for a few weeks to random offices to see what is happening in the real royal mail world

Re: Cwu are you still with us
Similar for me, the office rep is doing his best and fighting a corner for me at the moment but HQ are as detached from reality as the CEO is. Terry's last video session was pretty insulting to the members with him suggesting that the problems with revisions are caused by posties reluctant to change.
Terry is similar to the CEO - full of their own importance and talking on and on while taking no notice of what is being said.

Royal Mail
failing the workforce, failing the public and deliberately failing mail on a daily basis for too many years.

Re: Cwu are you still with us
to be blunt but when you look back at the last 2 live videos bullinger has put on , first one average holiday pay , well imo what a sell out of his members agreeing to the biggest load of shite i have ever seen and the company and part timers are the only winners in that one and to say that even if you do the 8hrs per month it only works out at £48 backpay and you couldnt even buy a decent meal with that on holiday which is disgusting and it might be that to him on his wages . and then his latest words of wisdom that they have done a lot of work in the last 9 months and posties dont like change
, and that just seemed to be a stunt to side with thompson for when he goes to the stock market and tells them everything is rosy to increase the share price
, but our new ceo put a video on months ago stating that ALL revision will and must be done by October regardless and which they have
, BUT they are a massive failure in most offices , deliverys failing everyday , unmanageable workload which is making staff ill and a piss poor service oh and culture has got worse than every , and 2 weeks into November they decide to put summat on about the revision
, its a bit late i think and christmas will be a massive failure and it wont be down to the hard working staff .
