It's a way to communicate with other members in the business, even Simon Thompson himself apparently. I don't use it myself so don't know how it works exactly, though it is owned by Facebook and has a similar layout I believe. I don't think it's anonymous like this site is.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
