As I posted at the time, if a manager rang an employee at home to ask them to do more work it would be classed as harassment. When the CEO of the company writes to an employee at their home address to do the same it should also be classed as harassment - the silence from the CWU on the content of the letter has been deafening. At least the CEO then picked up on some of the comments on here, the union just disappeared.

Was big on our union few years ago, very very frustrated by them now . To me hes all talk and thats it morales very low, mental health issue problems rife , stress anxiety etc through the roof , sick absence a big problem too. This forced through ( no input from staff) revisions miles too big are a joke. Yet terry sits back and takes our money , nearly out the union here.

He’s probably off spending his 100k salary whilst pissing himself laughing that we continue to bankroll him and the Cwu . Don’t worry though he will do a podcast with Webby in a few weeks where like last time he will call anyone who disagrees with the union a ‘keyboard warrior’.

terry who ? an absolute disgrace to his wage paying members , revisions being rushed through regardless of what the outcome is just to suit the dims and bullshit videos from the company and still nothing 
, no wonder we have posties leaving the union and if the shitstorm of a mangers revision goes through with no input or balloting from members theres talk that the full office will be pulling there money , well the ones that are left anyway .
