Hopefully I can get some clarity. Can anyone please confirm either way if the duty swap is a national agreement or a company privilege ?
I assumed it was the latter and as long as we covered the duties amongst ourselves ( drivers ) all was good.
If it’s a National Agreement where can I find and read the policy as again I can’t seem to get the definitive answer from my unit, very annoying.
