sick pay for part timers
alright all,just a quick question,is sick pay done on the pro rata basis for part timers??ive been on the sick since january and got a letter saying they gonna pay half my wage from mid april.cheers tt

You're suppose to get 6 months sick pay but if you have any other period of sick pay within the previous 3 years (I think) then that gets counted toward the 6 months. You really need to contact your rep to make sure everything is done properly

Part timers get the same rights as full timers,but on a pro rata rate.
