Looking for some advice, been long term sick for over a year and had 2 Occ Health interviews. Both have stated that due to the nature of my illness i would be considered as having a disability and that i wont be fit for the forseable future. RM wont let me return because of the illness and my manager said they are not keen on paying out ihr anymore. Everytime i speak to him he tells me a different reason for not having any contact with me and its getting tiresome, our rep has only just taken on the roll so is not able to provide any info unfortunately. any advice would be much appreciated.

Go to your Area rep for advice.Or even better someone from your branch that has an Equality/Disability understanding.

Your manager is an incompetent imbecile. Plenty of posts on here this year about people going through the IHR procedure.

As posted above speak to your area rep or directly with the branch and then the rest boils down to whether you want to stay with the company or leave via IHR.

Regarding contact, sounds like they are just being an ass about the whole situation. Probably needs reporting via HR especially if it's impacting on your illness in any way.
