It it time to review the sick leave policy of RM.?
I have gone in to work dripping snot, coughing and spluttering,knowing the guy who came in last week the same gave it to me and I'll just pass it on because if I were to go sick for a week another stage is triggered. The whole policy needs a re-think.

Tell manager you have symptoms of Covid and get a PCR test.
They will not mark it down as sick.
But yes ,their policy is s***e.

I wasn't being Covid speciic. i meant Flu, colds and all.Ongoing
