Weekly Resourcing meeting

When a rep and DOM do a mandatory Resourcing meeting each week, should the Resource meeting template be filled in jointly as the meeting progresses or is it acceptable for the DOM to have filled out the forms contents prior to the meeting to simply save time?

Basically, should the Resource meeting notes be blank at the start of the meeting?

Is there a blank template anywhere?

Yep, it's one of the York labels if they can't find a fag packet to write on.....

To save him time you should offer to pre record the minutes of the meeting.
I am sure he will be very grateful.

Point 1. The DOM and rep agreed to suspend all lapsing for the foreseeable future as a gesture of goodwill towards the staff who have worked magnificently throughout the pandemic.
Point 2. The DOM and rep agreed that all stage warnings will be rescinded and no further stage warnings will be issued as a gesture of goodwill (see above)
Point 3 The DOM and rep agreed that all reserves will be given as many Saturdays off as they like as a gesture (see above)

And so on and so on.....
Just ask him to sign on the dotted line.
